In the 6th Circle, we like to include all players, and the rules outlined on this page are here to give you a general guideline of what is and isn't okay in the community. The rules listed on this page are simplified versions of the full rules. To view the full set of rules, click here. However, Reading this web page will give you enough information to sufficiently understand and follow our rules without reading the comprehensive list as linked above.
The 6th Circle is a place of many wonderful things, and to protect those things, we must have rules. It is important to note that in 99% of cases, a crime committed genuinely on accident will not result in severe punishment. If you broke a rule but it wasn't intended in bad faith, you will almost certainly be alright.
Taking items, blocks, property, or other goods from anyone is banned. With the exception of one, every ban to date has been the result of theft. Receiving services, such as highway usage and end portal usage without paying the listed taxes is also considered theft.
We'll understand if someone is about to die and you accidently punch them, but unprovoked targeting of a player or their pets is a crime. PvP can be enabled in certain areas, or with the role @Assassinatable within our discord. however, some criteria must be met for this which can be further read about in "PvP Rules and Regulations." If one of these criteria is not met, then any killing that takes place within is still a crime.
If a player leaves a sign in front of their base that says "Keep Out," respect their wishes. For all you know, you could be ruining a surprise. Just be nice. If the words, or any variants of the phrase "Keep out" are written somewhere, it is to be respected.
This Rule is in place for two reasons. The first reason is to keep your builds safe when we unload the old chunks every update. The second Reason is so that our players have enough room to expand their builds in the future.
We must make sure to give other players enough room to expand their builds, so keep that in mind before you settle down. It's suggested that you don't settle within the same area or biome as someone else without permission from them first. You are not allowed to build within 0-520 blocks as someone else's build depending on their claimed radius unless you have permission first. We understand that accidents happen, but you will be asked to vacate the premises if it is found to be within someone else's property. You will be able to find the coordinates of everyone's bases and claimed property in the "#Public Coordinates" channel of this discord. If you settle down too close to someone on accident, they have the right to force you to move, so be careful and ALWAYS CHECK.
Don't break trees without replanting, try to fix creeper pot holes, that sort of thing. Be kind to mother nature, and replenish what you can.
Pranks are fine within reason, but intentionally destroying another players land, builds, or items isn't okay. Pranks are okay on the Realm, as long as they fit two criteria, it doesn't cause unrepairable damages, and you make it very clear it was you who did it. but in the end, it's to the discretion of the person being Pranked. For example, if you rotate all the stairs in someone's house 90° and they don't find it funny, you're going to be the one burdened with fixing the damages.
DO NOT MINE UNDER OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY. Just because someone else doesn't know it's there doesn't mean it's not their property. Accidents happen and that's okay, but if the resources are under their land, it's against the rules for you to mine without their permission.
Building of Private Property (Builds that are not for public use) within 500 blocks of the location (0, 0) is completely off limits. Anything within this area will be destroyed by the moderators, or converted into public assets.
Similarly, claiming land within 200 blocks of the Center End Island is also illegal. This one is specifically to help protect your builds from being destroyed when players re-summon the dragon.
Not only is this one Cheesy, But it's also cliché! I know there are a lot of rules, but don't be discouraged, the Realm is generally a very fun and friendly place. So get on, and have an adventure with us!

All rules listed in this section are rules that apply in all situations, these rules cannot be done away with by individuals', or countries' consent. Individual groups cannot pass laws to bypass these rules like they may be able to with our Gameplay Rules.
On the 6th Circle, we value community, and through activity, we build that. On the 15th-20th every month, we hold a Check-in where all members are expected to react to (with the click of a button, or a tap of your finger) the message posted by our admin.
We know inactivity is inevitable at times, but we do ask that you notify us when you become aware that you will be inactive for an extended period of time. So long as we know, you're good to go! If you are taken off the realm, you may also reapply and rejoin. We won't hold a grudge.
If there are extenuating circumstances that make it impossible to follow this rule, feel free to contact a moderator about this. We are very understanding. Some cases that would make an individual exempt from this rule include, but are not limited to:
Being in your armed forces
Being Pregnant or having other medical issues that make it difficult
Knowing a moderator personally who can attest for you having a personal reason
No longer having access to Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
We do not appreciate having 200 messages on screen all saying "Sleep." You may be muted Realm-wide if you start spamming messages frequently, or if you are obnoxiously laud in voice chat. Please don't make us take away your chat ability.
This goes for moderators as well. You don't have to like everyone on the Realm, but you do have to respect them inside and outside of the realm, Which means no sexist, racist, homophobic, misogynistic, anti-Semitic, transphobic, or otherwise bigoted comments. They aren't needed.
On the realm, we have many different countries, and as a result, we have many national currencies that correspond with different nations. We just ask that players not duplicate or replicate these currencies to avoid inflation and deflation of their values.
Cheats are deactivated on the realm for a reason, don't ask to activate them because the answer will be no, examples of cheats include, but not limited to: duplication glitches, using hacked clients, entering creative mode, using X-Ray or other "cheatsy" texture packs, or activating commands. But if you aren't sure is something counts, just ask.
We love having new members added to the realm. If you have a friend(s) that you want to be added to the realm, it can be easily made possible by having them come here, read these rules, and then filling out the application on this website! Technology makes everything easier!
For sake of simplicity, we require you to change your nickname on our Discord server to match your gamer-tag. This is so no one needs to learn everyone's usernames twice.
Unfortunately, every odd rule was made for a reason. We understand that you may be a mature individual, but most members of our community are between the ages of 15 to 20, which means only half of our average demographic is made up of adults. Anything graphic being posted in any of our channels on the discord, will result in an instant ban. This is a topic we take extremely seriously. If you wish to post those sorts of things, you should take them elsewhere.

On the application, when asked if you have read the rules, please Answer "No," or your application risks being thrown out.
The 6th Circle has many rules that allow for different styles of gameplay. One of the largest examples of this is the ability for consenting players to partake in PvP.
Players cannot attack anyone they see without cause. The Outside of Waring, the only time unprovoked killing is legal on our Realm is when the player being attacked has the discord role "@Assassinatable"
Because this role would be pretty much entirely useless otherwise, assassinatable players are allowed to fight back, even if the opponent doesn't have the role active, and all the same penalties to death that apply to Assassinatable players then apply to any player who dies in the process. If you die trying to kill an assassinatable player, you are liable for your own death, and they did not commit a crime.
All dropped items during a battle can be looted by anyone around. whoever dies is at the mercy of whoever picks it up to get it back.
The 6th Circle is a fun place for many play styles, and one of those is for the PVP community. In order to better connect with them, we have a system we call "Waring" which is designed to allow PVP players to fight in a controlled manner that doesn't step on our more pacifistic members' feet.
Players cannot go to war with whoever they want. Players can only go to war with another player if both parties have agreed that they would like to participate in the waring system either here on the website, or in the chat on the discord. This information will be publically available to others in the #waring channel of our discord.
Prior to two countries going to war, they must converse as to what their waring will allow. After the discussion, the two nations will post it to the #waring channel on the discord as a complete draft, and anything within the set perimetors will be fair game.
Topics to which should be discussed in the pre-waring agreement should include theft, destruction of property, murdering of pets/NPCs, possible rewards and penalties, and if there are any acceptions for specific things that go against the previously discussed topics.
The leader of a country is able to plunge their country into war, which includes the civilian population of that country. If a leader declares war on another country, so too do the civilians of their nation. The Government is able to enlist its civilians into an army to defend the said country if that is within the aforementioned nation's abilities. If a civilian emancipates from their country, it will unenlist them in the military.
If your waring manages to make its way to any publicly owned places (I.e. The spawn house, Old McDonald's Public Use Farm, or the Spawn Shopping plaza) or onto the private property of someone not involved in your war, all destructive waring means (such as fire, or TNT) are illegal regardless of what was established in the pre-waring agreement. This is to protect the public assets as well as the safety of Players not involved with the war.
Being excessively cruel to other players should be avoided. The realm is, at its heart, for everyone and if it becomes a chore for players, then it will create some problems for everyone. Try to avoid things such as unnecessary destruction of property, the non-strategic killing of pets, spawn camping, and the destruction of rare or hard-to-obtain gear. This rule can be done away with, however, if established in the Pre-Waring Agreement.
War tactics cannot occur while receiving members are offline, this means that if your Pre-Waring Agreement allows griefing of each other's bases, the one being griefed must be online while the griefing is taking place. If your Pre-Waring Agreement allows for theft, the victim must be online when their items are being stolen. This is all so that players have a fighting chance to defend themselves, and their things. This rule can be done away with, however, if established in the Pre-Waring Agreement.
These are rules that no longer exist. These are not required to know to join the Realm.
This rule was made to force ICERTW0, the only Hell Dwelling player, to buy things from the overworld instead of collecting them on his own since he was the only Nether based player, but then the nether update came out and the rest of the realm decided then that it wasn't fair.
This rule was put in place to stop players from duplicating and inflating the value of gold since it used to be our currency. But the currency has since swapped.
This rule was made to allow everyone a shot at beating the game together, but after beating the Enderdragon, the realm no longer has a reason to have the rule at all.
