On this page, text formatted as seen here is the most essential information to take away from the sections they are a part of. This makes it easier to skim through if needed; however, we hope you will read more in-depth.
In the 6th Circle, we like to include all players, and the rules outlined on this page are here to give you a general guideline of what is and isn't okay in the community. However, some of these rules may differ depending on the country in which you are located.
The 6th Circle is a place of many wonderful things, and to protect those things, we must have rules. It is important to note that in 99% of cases, a crime committed genuinely on accident will not result in severe punishment. If you broke a rule, but it wasn't intended in bad faith, you will almost certainly be alright.
Taking items, blocks, property, or other goods from anyone is banned. With the exception of one, every ban to date has been the result of theft. Receiving services, such as highway usage and end portal usage without paying the listed taxes is also considered theft.
We'll understand if someone is about to die and you accidently punch them, but unprovoked targeting of a player or their pets is a crime. PvP can be enabled in certain areas, however these must be clearly outlined with Red Concrete and there must be easily visible signs along the border explaining that the area is a PvP zone. If one of these criteria is not met, then any killing that takes place within is still a crime.
If a player leaves a sign in front of their base that says "Keep Out," respect their wishes. For all you know, you could be ruining a surprise. Just be nice. If the words, or any variants of the phrase "Keep out" are written somewhere, it is to be respected.
This Rule is in place for two reasons. The first reason is for keeping your builds safe when we unload the old chunks every update. The second Reason is so that our players have enough room to expand their builds in the future.
We must make sure to give other players enough room to expand their builds, so keep that in mind before you settle down. It's suggested that you don't settle within the same area or biome as someone else without permission from them first. You are not allowed to build within 0-520 blocks as someone else's build depending on their claimed radius unless you have permission first. We understand that accidents happen, but you will be asked to vacate the premises if it is found to be within someone else's property. You will be able to find the coordinates of everyone's bases and claimed property in the "#Public Coordinates" channel of this discord. If you settle down too close to someone on accident, they have the right to force you to move, so be careful and ALWAYS CHECK.
Don't break trees without replanting, try to fix creeper pot holes, that sort of thing. Be kind to mother nature.
Pranks are fine within reason, but intentionally destroying another players land, builds, or items isn't okay. Pranks are okay on the Realm, as long as they fit two criteria, it doesn't cause unrepairable damages, and you make it very clear it was you who did it. but in the end, it's to the discretion of the person being Pranked. For example, if you rotate all the stairs in someone's house 90° and they don't find it funny, you're going to be the one burdened with fixing the damages.
DO NOT MINE UNDER OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY. Just because someone else doesn't know it's there doesn't mean it's not their property. Accidents happen and that's okay, but if the resources are under their land, it's against the rules for you to mine without their permission.
Building of Private Property (Builds that are not for public use) within 500 blocks of the location (0, 0) is completely off limits. Anything within this area will be destroyed by the moderators, or converted into public assets.
Similarly, claiming land within 200 blocks of the Center End Island is also illegal. This one is specifically to help protect your builds from being destroyed when players re-summon the dragon.
Not only is this one Cheesy, But it's also cliché! I know there are a lot of rules, but don't be discouraged, the Realm is generally a very fun and friendly place. So get on, and have an adventure with us!
On the application, when asked if you have read the rules, please Answer "No," or your application risks being thrown out.
